Thomas P. Napier
President
Tom Napier is a real estate professional who has enjoyed
significant career successes having managed key real estate
services responsibilities for Bank of America and Security
Pacific Bank in Los Angeles and London.
He formed Napier Capital Group to provide advisory and professional
execution services for institutional and private investors
seeking real estate investment opportunities in the Western
United States.
During his career, Tom has advised off-shore and domestic
investors on their acquisition and financing of U.S. real
estate and has consistently demonstrated his skills in structuring
transactions that achieve clients’ and investors’
goals.
In addition, as Managing Director of Banc of America Securities
in London, he participated in more than $4 billion of securitization
and debt transactions. Prior to that role, he was Manager
of Banc of America’s Real Estate Loan Syndication and
Realty Finance Group in the United States, where his group
was responsible for over $2 billion in real estate transactions.
Tom also managed the loan correspondent program with the California
Public Employees Retirement System, the nation’s largest
public pension plan.
A graduate of St. Francis College, New York, with a B.A.
in economics, Tom is active in a number of professional associations
including Lambda Alpha International (an Honorary Land Economics
Society), and the Urban Land Institute. He is a licensed California
Real Estate Broker.
